Does anyone know if Airbnb has strong ties and/or incentives with credit card agencies, similar to Hilton's, Hyatt's, and Marriott's relationships with Chase, American Express, etc.?

I've seen TLO reports and they are thorough...traffic violations, criminal record, every property and car ever owned, bankruptcies, entities, family member cell phone numbers...the list goes on.yea,there's no secret in american society as everything is public, just because public doesn't know how to access doesn't mean it's not there.I myself do conduct background check in the background to people that do business with me and verify stories.

I know it sounds old fashioned, but scheming to get out of a contract entered into in good faith seems unethical to me.

It doesn't just stem to one generation though, I think every generation tries to live the "American dream" and ends up going deep into debt pursing it.

In my other properties, I found on my own the good old-fashioned way.

For title companies I'd recommend Greater Metro or First American!
