I used to factor companies' receivables.  

This way if it was more time consuming, we charge more, but at the very minimum, a $150 fee will be charged.When factoring the cost, make sure that it covers the minimum time just to make it worth it to someone to do the work. 

That with the building of the new police building and other factors help we decide if or when to get involved.

But I sort of imagine the people that come to foreclosure auctions around here, to have already done enough drive by's and stake outs to know that the house is occupied.

There is nothing better than being able to drive to your property if need be.

I did find this deal off market using driving for dollars It’s a very low loan amount of $10,000 and I do have it in cash buyer committed to purchase the house.

It's my assumption his idea is to use these spaces for new industries..like self-driving cars.This is his "Next Uber."

@Karen Higgins ,Great replies from other members above, but please factor in the limitation on the NOL starting this year.

Usually you want to stay under 40% debt-to-income but I see loans at 45% get approved all the time given they have compensating factors.
