@Jacqueline Palomino, I think a lender even a hard money lender would have issue with your sale because it isn't an "arms length transaction".

I think we need to approach banks and specifically ask if they have a portfolio lending service that they offer first and foremost.We actually already have one banked lined up that will lend in the LLC's name while we personally back it with an ARM at a higher percent.
