For those of you who are new to Real Estate, this career is 100% built on trust, if others don't trust you they will quickly spread the word and it will be something you have to fight off for a long time.

I can definitely see how people can get discouraged or even over-encouraged in this industry.

The Kenosha/Racine market is extremely competitive right now so be sure to bring your A game and be prepared to move quick if you consider that area. 

It should be pretty apparent to you pretty quickly, who is a quality provider and who is just selling something.
