Can you guys share  how this process can it be done? 

I understand that it may not be the most profitable deal, but for my 1st deal I'm looking more to gain experience and walkthrough the entire process.

Most owners or owners acting as PMs keep it professional with no emotional ties to tenants and keep it running as a business.

I have lots of clients buying expired tax certificates (meaning "ripe" to go to tax deed) and they have been very pleased with the prices and the process.

I am currently in the process of filing my 2015 tax return (extension) where I can remove those expenses to increase that year's self-employment income, but that income would be taxed at the 28% bracket so not sure if it's worth it. 

Hello, I am looking for people in Austin, TX who have bought a residential multifamily home, especially for the first time, and how their experience was through the process.

I appreciate any insight in the process and if there are any good resources out there that help you, I would love to know about them. 

Personally, I would walk away, but he's emotionally invested, so, I'm trying to give him at least some tips, where he should ask for changes in the contract, which probably won't happen.
