Most insurance companies will give you a description of "rough carpentry". 

It is hard to tell with your description but your window is too tall for the sink option without a major undertaking, my next choice in a kitchen is seating by the window.

First, I don't know the area or market, and without seeing it and walking it personally, I could not possibly assess the possibilities based solely on your description.

Issue is not just homestead, it's the DEED...if a duplex were split into two (2) distinct recorded Deeds = two different property tax bills--- in that case the owner-occupier of the duplex would, in fact, be living in a 'single family home' with its own individual legal description, own separate homestead, and separate property tax bill.

Your description makes much more sense.

The post is a little fuzzy in description.  

When I go into the online county map (Key Map) to look for this lot based the legal description, I did the calculation by myself based on the dimensions shows around the lot.

Finally, I can't tell from your description if these are D properties (ghetto, gangs, etc.) or C properties (working class).  

So I'm in GA visiting my gf and children and I was riding around with them when I saw a house that fits the description of an absentee owner.
