When I was a Realtor it would take me the best part of an hour to do comps right, but that was because I drilled down deep on each property and took the time to do the job right.In fact, you might want to pay that same Realtor to represent you so that you have someone to guide you through the offer, contingencies, inspections, disclosures and negotiations.Good luck!

Ill respond to a few of your points:This is a straight investment property.I did some deep digging on comps and zoning districts and I'm sure the duplex across the street is in the same district.Interestingly enough the property does have 2 addresses if you look up both of them at least according to USPS.

My goal was to build enough capital to have enough down for my own rental properties but havent been able to get a single deal since (tough market) that is until i partnered up with another team who are getting dozens of preforeclosures at a deep discount and either shortsale or wholesale them. my question is, how can i find investors interested in those properties on this app?
