My question is, the several customers that went and saw the property said that the price was too high and the kitchen was in really bad shape, which it does need an update being an original kitchen but we put a lot of time cleaning it and painting the kitchen cabinets and walls and putting new lights.I was wondering if we should drop the price after this weekend.

In 30 years of contracting , I have never signed a contract provided by the customer , they sign mine .  

I'm going to start with equity customers with about 40%-70.

Monthly reports can be generated for all properties.Erentpayment seems like a small outfit but their customer service has been responsive and pleasant.  

The tenants are our customers and we provide services in the form of clean decent housing.

You may pay them "fair " market rate (find the highest custom wash place).

I would greatly appreciate it if you guys give me as much feedback to what it is you would want, but also keeping the customers in mind.
