It's our cover photo and, believe it or not, the combination just works and there's nothing else like it in our area (all credit to my daughter-in-law who designs our places).

We saw a few more calls when we hired our daughter to help with some of the letters and we started sending out around 400 letters/week.  

I have a daughter in the medical field (prepping for PA school), 2 sons that are talented chefs, another daughter who would make an awesome caregiver and a few more suited to manage. 

This month I'll partner with my daughter on a Subject To deal in the SL Valley.I've looked a several seller-financed properties both SF and small MF but the sellers are unrealistic about pricing and I have no interest in a negative carry. 

My 16yr old daughter works there as a server and I could arrange the upstairs room.

My daughter and her significant other got 3 of them and they have had 2 biting issues with humans, 3+ within the pack (one is old) and 1 where they attacked someone else’s dog.

Following the eviction I chose a woman with three daughters through housing (Section 8).

My daughter is in high level finance at Intel and explained the whole reasoning with the move to Ohio.. good things will happen in and around the new facility for sure.. 

Plus, I wanted to have a lifestyle where I could spend a lot of time with my newborn daughter.
