Does anyone direct mail 4 private/seller financed notes?

Just curious if anyone has done marketing (direct mail) to find seller financed mortgage notes... so you could buy them from those who hold the notes?

How long did you do it... and did you have any success?

    @Dave Godfrey

    I do not know many that do. It is a lot of time and effort and there are still plenty of assets available through brokers and sellers. From the assets I have found through local sellers who owner financed it and it’s gone non-performing, most do not want to lose $ on the deal and over value their note.
