I inherited her when I bought the house and later realized she was playing games with the other landlord other landlord didn't tell me about this until after I closed. she's now playing similar game with me and seems like the courts system is helping her to do this.

Our governor just lifted the memorandum on evictions so the courts will be backlogged for a longggg time so dealing with a possible eviction for the first deal isn't exactly exciting but hopefully doesnt got there.

This is obviously much more time consuming and likely that I'll be paying higher prices (since I'd be viewed as a retail customer).So I guess my question is, is it best to proceed by hiring all the subcontractors myself and finding a PM to oversee the rehab, or is there another way to proceed that I'm not seeing?
