I wonder if the sub-sub-accounts you described might work better than using Classes to assign categories.

I have a couple of properties I have acquired since joining BP in 2017.  

Putting 16K down on a fourplex in today's market will put you living (house hacking) in a D area and putting a lot more than 4K into repairs/renovations. 

Because concrete is really porous it's very difficult to get everything out of it once it's in - usually you're only breaking down things right at the surface and they tend to bleed back through capillary action (moisture moving through the concrete).

Now with their backlink service, a couple things.

Finally over the last couple of years I was able to turn the corner and was finally ready to take the plunge, but living in Southern California meant I needed to get over the Out of State investing hurdle. 

If this is an insurance claim the process is very different than hiring a roofer during normal circumstances.  

Advantages of New ConstructionMinimal Maintenance: New construction means you won’t need to deal with a lot of the usual maintenance headaches—no leaky roofs, outdated wiring, or old plumbing to worry about.

How are your concerns any different than what you might deal with with any other tenant you place in that unit?
