@Angie Williams, I think that your best bet is to discuss with a local eviction attorney.  

You do not have a business arrangement and for that reason have no control.You will need to wait a couple of years and then hope to convince him to refinance, do not bet on it though.

All good older people.Flexible on price, but probably won't owner finance and I don't have credit but feel confident I could find an investor. 

I'm out towards Santa Rosa, but I would bet big cash it's the same person/business.

In my opinion, I'm really betting on the team.

Maybe my best bet now is to go the route of mold/water block as Jim Shepard suggested and then repaint the ceiling for the tenants.

@Matthew Paulto your earlier post - I agree with you that it is cutting off your nose to spite your face, but there are plenty of contractors that do.And I get what you mean with not wanting to share confidential information, but if you do the amount of work that it sounds like you do, there are a whole lot of people out there who have your contract already.

So for me that means syndication is probably not a good bet at this point.  

So while I dont know the exact numbers, I bet hundreds of billions flowed out of the bond market, and some of that money, say tens of billions founds it way into the stock market and pushed those prices higher.
