I am an email person, but the project manager was a phone person and ignored some of my emails so my houses were painted in the wrong color. 

I think I should paint the trim, walls, and doors a different color but I need some help. 

I also like it because it gives you a preview of the article and you can invert the text color so it's easier on the eyes.

However, I get the sense this guys is an active-investor, the type that wants his wife to pick out the carpet and paint colors (as she knows best) and the type of investor that could slow/delay a project down so he can approve all the materials/subs, etc, etc.  

I love picking out colors and fixtures for our flips.

Mike Reynolds I don't know what type of floor it is, but it has a dark color to it.

Some will say that you should use the red and blue to tell the difference between hot and cold, but copper is all one color.

I don't mean to ressurect this thread, but did want to add additional color to @Ali Boone and @Engelo Rumora comments as to why large funds have yet to make substantial investments in certain Midwestern markets.

In addition he spotted a change in color of the shingles on the roof.
