It looks like they just lowered the price from $160k on 6/24 so they might hold close to that number for awhile but definitely offer what works from your numbers.If the basement is included in the square feet which the listing does not indicate the appraisal will most like value that square feet lower than the upper levels

I got all my ratings in college, went to go banner tow in Miami which ended up being short lived due to a boating accident, moved back to Atlanta where I flight instructed through grad school, then instructing (and flying) tapered off because I went to work for Lockheed and eventually moved to CA with them so wasn't in the air much.

You're right Corey, this is a shame on all levels.

Its hard to screen college students.I think yours is worse as it is a bit vague.

Some level of roofing, a couple of windows, doors, possible central AC, and some other odds and ends.

What i see is a market with affordable entry points, military and college student presence, and appreciation in 4.5-7.5% in the few neighborhoods I've looked at.I'm hoping to get a snapshot of affordable props from a local pro as a jumping off point for more research.

Don't ask me about my eyesight or energy level.
