I would recommend creating a short business synopsis/plan of the property, the numbers, pictures, and comps and send it around to close family and friends that might be interested in lending or partnering.

Subscribe to the business journal in that area to keep abreast of local business developments.

I have done a lot of googling and called a couple of local credit unions and have been hitting a snag when I inform them the property is owned by my LLC (both HELOC and Refi).Am I really down to hard money loans or business loans from the LLC itself?

And it's not just my real estate business either.

I'm a real estate broker and general contractor looking to connect with other real estate professionals on this forum.

Personally I use Forefront, but its mostly designed for real estate leads.
