There is alot of crap out there so I let it filter out through my friends before they bother to tell me. 

Yes friends in several markets have commented to me about some of these deals in what were considered barely breathing markets.

You'll need to live and breathe real estate if you want to just do real estate so cut out any other side gigs as soon as you close 1-2 deals / have enough savings to live for 3 months. 

Whether we do that as a wage by paying me as a manager or whether we still use an LLC in which I am an owner to filter the income through and allow me to take it as profit is still part of this overall question.I think that we have found a solution to the first problem by adding me as a managing trustee for the trust.
