What Are the Most Number of Offers You’ve Seen Submitted on a Deal?

It’s incredible what I’m seeing and hearing about the high levels of activity in some “micro” markets around the U.S. For example one of my real estate investors is looking in and around Whittier, California. This is such a small, micro market, but it is ridiculously active. This investor told me that one property had over 70 offers on it!!! Now, doesn’t an agent stop accepting offers at some point? ? This is crazy activity. It’s like everyone has come out of the woodwork in some markets!!
