I want to make sure I do a comprehensive review and verify all relevant items necessary before I pony up with a purchase.I have had a few conversations with people locally that say a Civil Engineer (there is a specific company I was referred to) that could likely do most of the research for me on the above-mentioned items/checklist.

(and now 19/32 in.) covered by "engineered hardwood" as thin as 3/8 in., and ceiling heights of 7.5 ft on ceilings covered with 1/2 in. drywall. 

This is why it's not always a bad idea to hire this stuff out especially on a performance basis (we don't provide that service at the moment) and so this would be a useful discussion in a public forum for the DIY crowd.So some good topics that are worth discussing include:How to engineer a set of campaigns in each platform, or a combined set for people at different parts of your sales funnel?

I recommend putting some good quality photos online with the major search sites - or hire a realtor on a "limited service only" basis (a small fee) to put it on the MLS and feed it out to all the real estate search engines.

Being an engineer by trade, I want to show up having done by due diligence and prepared. 

Purchase price: $440,000 Cash invested: $120,000 Purchased a single family home, lived in it while planning for a 5 unit townhome project to be built on it with my architect and engineers.

Engineers know numbers but that doesn’t mean they are any good at explaining them.Are there any other tax implications that this would have had?
