Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) other investment in Denver.

Purchase price: $440,000
Cash invested: $120,000

Purchased a single family home, lived in it while planning for a 5 unit townhome project to be built on it with my architect and engineers. Plan to start construction early summer of 2019 and hope to complete around the same time of 2020.
