I'm awaiting delivery on Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing at the moment as well.One of my biggest questions that I cannot find a solid answer to is about direct lenders/financing.  

A friend of mine told me I should check this site out, after I told them I was looking to enter the real estate market. Let's see what this site has to offer.

If I don't know the answer I can certainly point you in the right direction.

@Upen Patel Doesn't that 100 mile rule only apply if your Existing primary is an FHA loan, and you are looking for a second FHA loan?  

As Alex said, I would also recommended talking to some local realtors and getting a direct mailing list set up with your criteria.

I have been bombarded with alot of offers from so called "Private Money Lenders" one of them imparticular is of Lin Bruce Levy Direct lender of 24 homes construction LLC.

I have no direct knowledge of their operations, so cant comment on what number of jobs are local vs national.

I am at a pivotal point in the direction I am going and am trying to get a feel for the potential and best place to focus my extra time.
