Is there a way to have prospective tenants submit an application and background check through something like SmartMove or similar software right from my business' website?

I have had a single home that we rent for $1800 have an issue with people putting in an application, but we were patient and it is now occupied with a great couple.  

I'm a GC, not a structural engineer, but I can't think of any application in which a 30' span would be covered by a tiny 4x6 wood beam with no middle supports.

Why, if they are filling out an application its all on there, right?

As I'm considering this investment strategy I'm first thinking about sellers that want a good price and/or don't have enough equity to sell ATM and still I'd like to offer to take them out of any involvement in the property beyond paying their mortgage if applicable.

Tape the notices to the door right over the door lock take a photo that it's been posted, I put over the lock because they have to remove it to enter.. so I know they got the notice if I go back.The cost for you to file your own eviction action is of course less than a attorney would charge and if he has to go to court for you I bet his charges would be more.. 8.
