Did have to pull new #6 conductors for the tankless.For me it makes sense being in South Florida so the temperature rise needed is the lowest possible.The downside of this is if we have a hurricane and power goes out with a tank HWH you still have 2 hot showers left, with a tankless you are taking cold showers.

@Bill GulleyMaybe, I'll be able to provide some advice to you for a change, starting with: bug nets, windscreen repair kit, and {several} spare tyres for your vehicle and trailer.Tuktoyaktuk is an amazingly big-little place, whose beauty and presence is worth the 1000-mile round trip on the Dempster - this time of year you could drive all the way to Tuk (if it's been cold enough up there).Unless you are riding something like a BMW 800 - 1200GS, the Dempster is not a motorcycle friendly road.
