I have seen anything from temporary magnets, to complete paintings advertising businesses. 

And I also agree that in some limited circumstances that includes the temporary infringement of their fundamental Constitutional rights.   

Plenty of other forms may be needed, seller's temporary lease, HOA addendum, Lead Based Paint and others.
