@Troy Welch i generally will look on Zillow or apartments.com you can also do a google search just make sure the listings are fresh

It's not a consistent night or location as we try to keep things fresh and have a variety of people to show up, but definitely set your keyword alerts so that you see when he posts them.

also from my research, I'll use one real life example but I know how much these can vary...there was a house almost right next store to me for going for 130,000$ with the same stipulation where offers must be submitted by a date.

Run all the sinks, flush all the toilets, run the shower and tub to make sure they are OK.Put fresh batteries in anything that needs them - smoke detectors, doorbell, garage door opener remotes, closet lights, etc.Make sure you have enough door keys for both you and the tenants.
