Get leads from similar sources, make contact with sellers, have them fill out my docs, and begin negotiations with bank.Look for motivated sellers needing a solution to whatever their problem is and offer that solution.

Joshua,Great blog, thats wonderful how you have laid out a solution for homeowners.I espeically like the WJR radio station where they are saying the gov should make it desirable for the home owner to stay in his home.
