My wife cleaned the bathrooms and mopped, my 80 year old mother helped rake the yard.

ps our comp homes are pulled from homes sold in the last 6 mo. there are more of the same (a little higher) on the market. obviously when they are sold the price drops a little due to negotiations.finally, today i had a home inspector come look at the house.

I have been oportuntistic to facilitate my mother as well as grandmother.

My mother fell ill, and since 2015 i've been her caregiver.

However, if the rent covers the house payments then after a few years my mother/brother can move in and start to make payments on the property.

The house belonged to the current owners mother who had passed away, god bless her, and they are still paying around 1600 a month just for the upkeep.

I am a recent graduate from Florida Atlantic University - having completed and obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration and posses an associates Degree in Nursing.

My mother was a realtor in Florida before the crash and I helped her often, so I liked the work... still do.

My mother has a rental property in Santiago, Chile that is currently being pursued by local investors who wish to build commercial properties in the area and we are wondering if there is a way that we can either avoid or reduce the amount of taxes paid on the sale of the home.
