So couple questions that are kinda off the topic. but i hope their are some business savy folks here that might be able to assist.I am in the process of filing a corporation for my Consulting business. and have looked at a site called legalzoom.com which claims to be able to incorporate me in the state of california and only charge me like 500bucks total. can anybody vouch for this site and its useful ness?

If it says any of the following; corporate-owned, as-is, certified funds for earnest money deposit, cash only/proof of funds, must do own termite inspection, no contingencies, etc. then the chances are good it's an REO.

This does not make sense to me because I would think that the bank would go after me personally and any assets I have if I where to default on a loan that I received for rental units.I assume this why people put rentals/properties under corporations or LLC?
