So the 1st question I'd ask if "what are my goals - passive or active income" after your answer this question, you can write all the different ways to go about it (passively - invest with a syndicator or with a friend; and that could be in SFH, MF, retail, medical, etc.

My wife really prefers to not take medication but it certainly helps when she needs to concentrate for long periods of time.One thing that has helped me stay focused is getting a coach and support system around me to hold me accountable to the long term goals i communicate to them.
