Graduating Student wants to hit the ground running

Hi,

My name is Sam Nigbur! I am a full time engineering student at UW-PLATTEVILLE graduating in May. I recently got interested in real estate investing, particularly renting. I am looking for a mentor or someone with experience to help me get prepared or even start before I graduate!

I am open to any advice! Me and my fiance have already determined some of our goals.

-Sam

Get a job for two years within the field.  Apply with a developer or property management company.  Getting experience is a key to success.  Being a real estate investor often is a part time job when you first start out.   You can work a job and do your investing passion, with goals to grow.
