After 5 years we evaluate the market and sell.  

Looking at properties and evaluating budgets and exit prices is almost as fun as playing ball for me.

The inside desperately needs to be repainted (no surprise), but I was thinking about spraying the interior this time rather than logging another 25 miles with my paint roller, especially since I will probably have to prime AND paint.

The tenant can CHOOSE to set it up so it pays automatically each month, but most of my tenants choose to log on and click a button to pay.

I evaluate credibility dependant on the topic.

I believe there is much more to evaluating a property then single factors.
