I am curious why do you want to pay them off if interest rate is so low?

There is so much information out there (in the forms of books, podcasts, youtube, internet in general) so I wasn't sure if anyone could recommend somewhere online that had it all localized in one spot.

Their is so much to cover real estate wise so not sure if theirs any advice I can leave.

That is so little money that a single bump in the road will eat it all up and more.

Principal is a flat 25%, interest is whatever their highest marginal rate is. So

I ask these questions because the house is so small.
