Ive had a upper class psychologist 2 years ago bring in stray cats, and she was a hoarder (cat spray everywhere), then on the other end of the spectrum, 2 weeks ago, I had a tenant from one of my mobile homes (not to gross you out with details) leave me an steamy early Christmas present right on the carpet I laid in May.

Even with those 3 subtractions, we still filled THREE 30 yard dumpsters.Simultaneous to that project we also did another where the deceased owner had only lived there 10 years, so it only required TWO 30 yard dumpsters.We just finished two more acquisitions one required TWO 30 yard dumpsters and another which was a mobile home required THREE 30 yard dumpsters.The accumulation of stuff and the lack of desire to move and change is keeping many seniors in their homes until they have to leave.

Large syndicators who might have 100 plus syndications of Multi or mobile home parksI personally know one.. that is the Dougher family in Orange county I know the son I sold him a foreclosure 25 years ago.. they started buying MH parks in Orange county in the 50's and own over 7000 spaces free and clear... at an average rent of 600 a month you can do the math.
