I think it makes sense to make these bathrooms function well for 2 or more people, but if I am way off base I want to avoid waisting money on unnecessary amenities.  

In other words, Class B and Class C units will be impacted much less than the number of new units delivered might indicate.Long story short, while I agree that market rents are likely to flatten, and even decline in some markets, rent impact will be much less a function of supply than other factors.

It just needs to be weatherproof with functioning appliances, barely needs to be towable. 

Has a ton of functions and best of all it's free.  

Once you have a short list, get an account with each one and run them through the wringer to see how they really function.

Aloha,By nature, Property Management is very repetitive, or cyclic, based on the fact that primary functions happen monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

This is a typical poorly thought out law by a group of political leaders who have consistently shown they do not understand how the rental market functions.

What I see is a loft with functional obsolescence.
