Commercial Property Electronic Rent Collection
Hi All - I recently took over co-managing a portfolio of around 30 commercial property units which are a mix of retail and office. We are searching for a software that can enable us to easily collect rent payments online but have run into problems with each one we have tried. The problems we have run into are the software is not commercial property friendly, we have too small of a portfolio, software is too complicated to use for tenants, and software is plus $300 a month. We have tried RentRedi, TenantCloud, and Yardi Breeze. Currently, we have tenants paying via hand delivered check and Zelle which has had a lot of fraud recently.
Does anyone have any recommendations for us based on our portfolio size? We just want to collect payments online securely and do not need any other features.
