Unlike ~50% of BP folks I am a fan of having an LLC for your properties but also believe that 1 per property is overkill as you grow. 

Most folks feel comfortable showing as much rental as possible, making it available for rent as much as possible.

I'm am not proud of my lack of tech skills, but I know there are some folks on here that could tell us how we can add links or something in the profile (that links to all their podcasts) or in the comment that take me directly to the podcasts being mentioned.

I am looking for any other mil folks stationed out in the KMC area who invest like this to grab a cup of coffee with, and look forward to figuring out how to invest while abroad!
