Every area is different and they dive into the nuances of different neighborhoods.

I thought areas such as San Diego, San Francisco, and LA were closed off to us due to how much it costs to get into the market here but I think I need to start taking a deeper dive into my own backyard!

Learn as much as you can about all the different concepts in real estate on a surface level, then start to dive deeper into the strategies that will help you accomplish your goals.

I've heard of the city looking at Airbnb license renewals, seeing the owner, looking up the owner, seeing that they just bought another place in the city and digging deeper.

I am just diving into multi-family with my first fourplex.  

I'll plan to be there and I look forward to diving into the community of BP members right here in town.
