Your attitude in this thread leaves little to be desired and reflects poorly on you.I fully agree with you that in sub2 and any other real estate transaction, there exists unscrupulous characters who belong in a 5X9 cell and not out on the streets taking advantage of the misinformed, unsuspecting, or ignorant.

Administration is a pain, even with just a few devices.

They allowed me 6 months & did it all myself.But then again I remember our final exams forbade the use of calculators, slide rules were the only device allowed as were card punched software solutions in our lab finals.

I will second what James Wise said,and add my two cents:  Dishwashers are great labor-saving devices, as well as a more economical way to wash dishes than hand washing. 

Think utility bills, cell phone bills, and the like.

Service animals are legally not pets, but medical devices.

Call them from a cell phone so you can take a picture showing the date/time/length of call.  

I had worked in medical device sales prior to my acceptance to medical school and purchased the property 6 months prior to my entry into school.
