I'm trying to learn more about the real estate industry by studying for my California real estate license.  

If only it looked that anyone would come close to me I would dive in and STUDY until no one would ever come close to me.

I've been studying hard the last 8 weeks and have let go a well paying en.gineering job (I have the confidence that I can get another if need be).

Wondering if there are sample deals that I can study.

I have little knowledge about REI in general but am doing my due diligence with study and research.

Start the study by taking these simple steps: Call the apartments in the area that are of similar class.

This strategy has worked very well for him, supplementing it with traditional investment deals throughout the process but this strategy is not for everyone, just a case-study.
