Retirement communities, that are basically congregational housing arrangements (see link attached) are more for active seniors that still live independently, but want the convenience of having meals cooked, rooms cleaned, etc.

I would prefer to do San Juan just because it is so convenient BUT like I said earlier I have a good friend that I could partner with that is from a small town right next to Rincon so that would be beneficial to have him as an expert in the area and travel to check on the place more often.

Stamps.com is $15 a month but it's very convenient and the sheets I order with random animals, historic places, etc. are things you never see and I think it helps the open rate.
