Any thoughts on which way to go because we don't need the break in alarm but we definitely want video cameras to try and encourage the people doing rotten things to stay away.

You must make payment back at prime + 1%, and if you miss payments the balance is distributed, which can have severe tax consequences and penalties.

They will have photogs they know for their listings.One thing I would make sure is that you own the photos and not the photographer.
