Any bank that tells you the limits is 4 is because their specific bank has an in house overlay which is a fancy word for a internal policy if 4 properties.

@Lawanda King ,This is pretty standard, but if you would simply swap out the words contractor and contractee and replace them with Buyer and Seller, it will make perfect sense.

When searching for agents you can use key words like- "mobile home park" to filter up agents that might have some experience in the field your looking in.
