Sign it and take it to title with at least two weeks till closing.

Just heard an attorney who presented to us last week and I got the impression for just about every case he wants $5000 and a monthly fee until resolved. 

I try to google “oil prices” a couple of times a week just to stay in the know of what’s going on.

The Owner even scheduled a 40 yard dumpster 1 week prior to closing to allow the residences an opportunity to discard any items that they no longer wanted. 

First meeting is next week.

In our area we can have it be 3 working days, but I'd give them a week to get their act together.

I also put blogs out on commercial MF on a (roughly) bi-weekly basis if you're interested.

Plan is to rent 2 unfurnished/6 mo leases + 2 furnished short term/AirBNB.My house just closed last week and now I'm in the process of fixing it up cosmetically (drywalling over old 50's ceiling tile, ripping up old carpet + refinishing the hardwood underneath, painting, new floors everywhere that doesn't have hardwood).

In an ideal world all the SFH 's would sell in 1 week , and when you arrive in Texas , there would be someone at the airport waving a sign " Apt for sale 20 units "      For all that to fall together will be real difficult 

We just broke ground last week and I will update numbers and more pics as the project comes along but we are really excited to start our new venture and am hoping for the best.
