How about this, instead of thinking in terms of how many, how about you look at all of the steps involved and start assembling a machine to work the wholesale deals.It all starts with marketing, what is you plan to market?

Maybe its a wash when everything is considered. 

While you'll get a better guest review for being clean - unless you are scrubbing toilets, cleaning grout or tubs, replacing supplies,  washing sheets and making beds, mopping floors,  and cleaning windows it's not enough - so you might as well not cause you're going to be charged either way.  

And oh boy, this thing needed everything; severe water leaks on roof, major pressure washing, painting (inside/outside/ceilings), replace plumbing, electrical, appliances, landscaping was a joke, etc. etc.

I can have it pressure washed by the same guy that does the regular pressure washing.
