Not to mention, I'd be getting exposure to both aspects of real estate - wholesaling and B&H - which would help me narrow down which one I would like to stick with (if any) or if I would like to venture into another avenue of RE.

My business associate visited London a while back to venture into the market there.

@Eric E.I would agree with what @Dmitriy Fomichenko has said.It is possible to create a joint venture or other type of equity sharing arrangement, but it gets more complex to do so.If her IRA is a lender, she has a simple transaction with the mortgage as a secure instrument.

I would also consider joint ventures to get started as well.

My wife and I are venturing into larger properties and are running into our first snag: we're having a tough time getting in touch with commercial brokers.
