So far, i only own single-family houses and a duplex ( on investment loan).

As far as the house, I would get someone to complete the outside and I would finish the inside and do all of the electrical, plumbing, trim, etc. and contract out the drywall myself.

Is it even a good time to buy right now or should I be waiting until interest rates go down?
