While it’s easy for the tenant to get electric and gas switched over to themselves, many cities either won’t allow tenants to switch water/sewer, or worse - let them switch it and then hold the owner liable for any unpaid bills.

Sounds like you do not have a listing agent....and honestly, without one you are likely to run into appraisal problems, so that is a valid concern.

If you did not know the City will have the Electric company remove your electric meters and put locks on natural gas meters after a fire.
