We put in everything we would want in a nicer middle to high end rental:  toaster oven, mixers, wine stoppers/ tuper ware, full spice cabinet, tons of cook ware, roasting pans, dishes to handle 1.5x occupancy, lots of coffee mugs, glass ware, two coffee makers, steak knives, salad bowls, kids plates/bowls.
