You also have to decide if you want to take that throughout the unit into the kitchen- Laminates don't deal with water well, and can swell if water gets into the cracks and grooves.

Well it wasn't all i thought it was cracked up to be starting out smh, I brought a terrible property and it took me 4 years to finally get it fixed and sold (At a loss)!!!
