There is a quote of Winston Churchill's that is both applicable, and the best freaking quote ever if you make t-shirts for community outreach. 

With that being said, it's worth my $20 or $25 to attend and see if I want to commit a few hundred dollars a year, but more importantly, MY TIME, as I can make more money, but I can't buy more time.Good luck with your decision!

There is little you can do about your bad credit situation, but I am not aware of many things that can"t be solved by cash flow.But you need to be able to get your hands dirty and want to succeed.
